Thermal spray coating engineering activities

In this section the surfaces of industrial pieces are coated, using different thermal spray processes to make them resistant to wear, corrosion, oxidation or to gain other surface properties.

Thermal spray process is a multipurpose method of coating which has a great variety of applications, using a wide range of metallic, ceramic, composite and polymer materials, besides it is very economical. This process is an efficient tool for making surfaces resistant to wear, corrosion and oxidation. The most important applications of thermal spray are reconstruction of old pieces, dimension amendment and improvement of electrical and thermal properties.

Having a good team including high educated and experienced people, our company is the first and the most equipped private company which uses the most modern equipments (Flame, HVOF, APS & Arc).
