HVOF process is one of the most modern spraying systems. Using the wave emanated through a combustion chamber, it accelerates carbide particles up to 1500 m/s and deposits them upon the substrate. The resulting coating has high bond strength besides, it is very very smooth. This process is the only way of strengthening some strategic pieces used in aerospace, gas and oil, plant and other industries. HVOF spraying makes it possible to use nano powders and have nano structure coatings in order to gain specific surface properties. It is one of the most modern spraying systems which is particular in our country from the industrial point of view.
